• You will receive 2 complimentary reports showing a summary of your survey responses, and your ranking against other participating companies in BC.

Better Company Report Package

• Are you interested in delving deeper into your employees’ feedback? Are there different responses by age group? By level in the company? Are newer employees more positive or negative in their responses than employees who have been with you for years?
• Most importantly, what valuable information did your employees provide in the 5 open-ended comments questions?

Custom Reports

• To help you better understand your survey results on a deeper level, MindField Group has partnered with HR Consultants to interpret your company’s results from this year’s survey and help you become a better employer.
