Summary Rating Report
This report provides you with the average employee responses in the four survey categories of talent systems, employee engagement, leadership dynamics and organizational culture. The Rating Report will also highlight the 10 highest and 10 lowest rated questions based on your employee responses.
Timing: Available 3-4 weeks following your survey closing date.
Summary Ranking Report
Not only will this report provide your overall ranking in your category (i.e.20-35 employees, 36-50 employees, 51-100 employees, or 101+ employees), it will also provide you with a ranking result for each of the four survey categories.
Timing: Available mid-December, following publication of results in the December issue of BCBusiness magazine.
